Shipping policy

 Product Expiration Date

Since Heartlandshops.com only offers high-quality products with little to no additives, the expiration date is relatively shorter. There is a minimum 30-day expiration date for the products that we ship. If 30 days is insufficient, it is recommended to purchase items in-store only.

 Shipping Basics

Once you complete the checkout, our system will email you a copy of your order. Your order will be completed after payment is confirmed and received. We will take 3-5 days to prepare your order. Most purchases in the US are shipped from our distribution center by FedEx to arrive in your home within 7-14 business days of placing your order.

 Shipping Rates

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $100 for most items, however, the shipping fee is subject to change under special circumstances. Additional expedited delivery options are available upon request. We currently do not provide online shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Guam.
