製作過程不經硫化漂白，保留竹筍原有的自然色澤，並以台灣紅辣椒、花椒、芝麻香油、薑等調味，融合香菇與酵母抽出物增添鮮味。微辣鹹香的風味適合作為開胃小菜，也可搭配白飯、粥品或加入日常料理中享用。

Tender Taiwan-Grown Bamboo Shoots Seasoned with Red Chili, Sichuan Pepper, and Sesame Oil for a Crisp, Savory Kick

Leezen Hot Bamboo Shoots are made with makino bamboo shoots grown in Dounan, Yunlin, Taiwan. Only the tender tips are selected, then peeled and processed near the growing region shortly after harvest to help preserve their freshness and naturally crisp, tender texture.

The bamboo shoots are made without sulfur bleaching, allowing them to retain their natural color. Taiwan-grown red chili peppers, Sichuan pepper, sesame oil, and ginger create an aromatic, mildly spicy flavor, while shiitake mushroom and yeast extracts add savory depth. Enjoy them straight from the jar as an appetizer or side dish, or pair with rice, congee, noodles, and other everyday dishes.
