食用方式

料理前不需浸泡或汆燙，將米粉稍微以冷水沖洗即可。

水煮時，將米粉放入沸水中煮約 1–1.5 分鐘。若水沸騰溢出，可轉小火續煮。熄火後加蓋稍微燜一下，可讓米粉口感更加細緻。

Sheng Kuang 100% Pure Rice Vermicelli is made with carefully selected Taiwanese Indica rice and water—nothing else. Whole rice grains are wet-milled into a smooth rice slurry using a time-intensive traditional process. From start to finish, production takes more than 24 hours and spans at least three working days, creating fine rice vermicelli with a firm texture and naturally pure rice flavor.

The vermicelli is fully steamed before drying, so there's no need to soak or blanch it before cooking. A quick rinse with cold water is all it needs before going into the pot. Its fine strands pair easily with broths and sauces, making it versatile for noodle soups, stir-fries, cold dishes, and dry-tossed preparations.

HOW TO USE

No soaking or blanching is required. Lightly rinse the rice vermicelli with cold water before cooking.

Add the vermicelli to boiling water and cook for approximately 1–1.5 minutes. If the water begins to overflow, reduce the heat. Turn off the heat, cover briefly, and allow the noodles to rest for an improved texture.

Enjoy in noodle soups, stir-fry with vegetables and other ingredients, or prepare as a cold or dry-tossed noodle dish.
