Carefully selected non-GMO black soybeans and a small amount of yellow soybeans undergo steaming, koji cultivation, and natural fermentation in traditional earthenware crocks. The sauce is aged under the sun for 4 to 6 months, gradually developing a deep, complex aroma and naturally mellow flavor.

The fermented soy sauce is pressed and slowly simmered with sugar, licorice root, and glutinous rice to create a rich, smooth consistency with a balanced sweet-savory taste.
