Its naturally delicate aroma and subtle nutty flavor reflect the true character of the almonds without added flavoring. Because almonds are naturally rich in oils, the powder retains a slightly textured consistency and may naturally release some oil or settle after preparation. Enjoy it with hot water, mix it into soy milk, coffee, or oat milk, or use it for almond tofu, desserts, and baked goods.

HOW TO USE

Mix an appropriate amount with boiling water and sweeten with honey or sugar if desired. It can also be added to soy milk, coffee, oat milk, or other beverages, or used to make almond tofu, desserts, and baked goods.

For a mixed-grain almond drink, combine almond powder, mixed-grain powder (or oat milk), and black sesame powder in a 3:2:1 ratio, then prepare with boiling water.
