食用方式

沖泡：取適量蓮藕粉放入杯中，先加入少量冷水充分攪拌至稠狀，再加入 100°C 熱開水，邊加水邊攪拌至呈半透明狀。可依個人口味加糖或直接享用。

水煮：將 1000 ml 水煮滾後轉小火，加入 30–50 g 蓮藕粉並持續攪拌，再煮約 30–60 秒即可關火。可依個人口味添加糖調味。

Made from carefully selected lotus roots grown in Baihe, Tainan, this pure lotus root powder is crafted using a traditional process that includes repeated washing to remove impurities and create a clean, finely textured powder. Approximately 9–12 catties of fresh lotus root are needed to produce just one catty of pure lotus root powder. Made without preservatives, artificial colors, or artificial flavors, it can be prepared as a smooth, comforting drink or pudding-like treat, with sweetness adjusted to your preference.

HOW TO PREPARE

Hot Water Method: Place an appropriate amount of lotus root powder in a cup. Add a small amount of cold water and stir thoroughly into a thick mixture. Gradually add boiling water (100°C / 212°F) while stirring continuously until the mixture becomes semi-translucent. Add sugar to taste if desired.

Stovetop Method: Bring 1000 ml (33.8 fl oz) of water to a boil, then reduce to low heat. Add 30–50 g of lotus root powder while stirring continuously. Cook for another 30–60 seconds, then remove from heat. Sweeten to taste if desired.
