食用方式

料理前先將素豆塊以清水浸泡至完全軟化，再擠乾多餘水分即可使用。可先以醬油及喜愛的調味料醃製入味，再搭配蔬菜快炒；亦適合加入火鍋、湯品、滷味及各式燉煮料理。請充分加熱後食用。

Made in collaboration with Hung Yang Foods, an experienced producer of plant-based foods, these soy protein chunks are made primarily with non-GMO soy protein isolate and defatted soy flour. The ingredients are extruded into bite-sized chunks and vacuum-dried for convenient storage and a firm, satisfying texture after rehydration. Low in fat and cholesterol-free, they are made without added colors, artificial flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. Once rehydrated, the chunks readily absorb sauces and broths, making them ideal for stir-fries, Kung Pao-style dishes, hot pot, soups, braised dishes, and stews.

HOW TO USE
