有機純麥白醬油選用美國有機小麥整顆入麴，不經萃取或榨油，搭配巴西有機蔗糖與澳洲日曬海鹽，經 180 天以上天然靜置釀造，充分醞釀出小麥自然的甘甜與清雅麥香。

原料採低溫冷藏保鮮，堅持純釀製造，不添加人工調味料、人工色素、人工香料、防腐劑及安定劑，亦不添加甘草與紅麴色素。通過美國 USDA 與台灣有機驗證，以及 ISO 22000、HACCP 驗證，適合日常沾、拌、炒、煮等多種料理方式。

Organic Pure Wheat Soy Sauce is made with whole organic wheat from the United States without extraction or oil pressing. Combined with organic cane sugar from Brazil and Australian sun-dried sea salt, it is naturally brewed and aged for more than 180 days to develop a delicately sweet flavor and distinctive wheat aroma.

The ingredients are kept refrigerated at low temperatures for freshness, and the sauce is traditionally brewed without added artificial seasonings, preservatives, artificial colors, artificial flavors, or stabilizers. It also contains no added licorice or red yeast rice coloring. Certified organic in the United States and Taiwan and produced under ISO 22000 and HACCP-certified standards.
