這款細麵由里仁與承昌食品共同開發，特別選用經把關的當歸、川芎與枸杞等食材，並在細麵中加入白山藥粉提升口感。從麵體、調理包到蔬菜配料皆用心搭配，不添加味素、防腐劑、人工香料及化學合成調味料，兼顧美味與簡單配方。

食用方式

將約 400 mL 水倒入鍋中煮沸，放入麵塊、調理包與脫水蔬菜包，續煮約 2–3 分鐘即可享用。也可依個人喜好加入新鮮蔬菜、菇類或其他配料一起烹煮。

A Warming Blend of Sesame Oil and Dong Quai Paired with Chewy Thin Noodles Made with Yam Powder

A rich, aromatic broth made with sesame oil, dong quai, Sichuan lovage root, and ginger is paired with smooth, chewy thin noodles made with white yam powder. The noodles are steamed instead of fried for a lighter texture, while a colorful vegetable packet of cabbage, non-GMO sweet corn, non-GMO tofu skin rolls, and goji berries adds extra flavor and texture to every bowl.

Developed by Leezen in collaboration with Cheng Chang Foods, these noodles feature carefully selected traditional ingredients including dong quai, Sichuan lovage root, and goji berries. White yam powder is added to the noodles for a pleasantly chewy texture, while the recipe is made without added MSG, preservatives, artificial flavors, or artificial seasonings.

HOW TO USE

Bring approximately 400 mL (13.5 fl oz) of water to a boil. Add the noodles, seasoning sauce, and vegetable packet, then cook for approximately 2–3 minutes before serving. Add fresh vegetables, mushrooms, or other preferred ingredients as desired.
