食用方式

洗米：以手輕輕繞圓攪動，快速淘洗約 3 次。

加水：有機白米與水建議比例為 1:1；新米可調整為約 1:0.9。白米不需浸泡即可炊煮。

炊煮：加入適量水後放入電鍋炊煮。煮熟後利用鍋內餘溫續燜約 20 分鐘，再將米飯輕輕翻鬆，讓多餘水氣自然蒸發，即可享用。

Made from carefully selected organic rice grown in Taiwan by experienced local farmers without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. The harvested rice is milled and packaged at an organic rice mill under carefully controlled conditions to preserve its natural flavor and quality. This fragrant rice is distinguished by its naturally delicate, taro-like aroma, which becomes especially inviting as the rice cooks. Once prepared, the grains are fragrant, pleasantly chewy, and satisfying for everyday meals.

From organic cultivation through milling and packaging, each step is carefully managed to preserve the natural character of the rice and bring the distinctive aroma of Taiwanese-grown fragrant rice to the table.

HOW TO USE

Rinse: Gently swirl the rice by hand and rinse quickly approximately 3 times.

Add Water: Use a 1:1 ratio of rice to water. For newly harvested rice, use approximately 1:0.9. No soaking is required for white rice.

Cook: Cook in a rice cooker as usual. Once cooking is complete, keep covered and let the rice rest for approximately 20 minutes. Gently fluff the rice to release excess moisture before serving.
