百香果醋選用陳稼莊果園自家栽種或台灣本產百香果製作，原料採不使用農藥、化學肥料及除草劑的方式栽培。百香果置入大陶甕中，經長時間靜置發酵、釀造與熟成，讓水果自然轉化為風味醇厚的酵釀果醋。

不同於以其他醋類為基底調製的水果醋，本產品由百香果直接酵釀成醋，全程不添加其他醋類，並加入百香果與水調製，呈現百香果自然鮮明的果香與酸香。不加糖，也無添加防腐劑、香料、色素及化學添加物，保留百香果醋純粹自然的原始風味。

Passion Fruit Vinegar is made with passion fruit grown at Chen-Jiah-Juang Orchard or sourced from local farms in Taiwan. The fruit is cultivated without the use of pesticides, chemical fertilizers, or herbicides, then placed in large earthen jars and left to slowly ferment, brew, and mature over time.

Unlike fruit vinegars made by blending fruit with another type of vinegar, this vinegar is fermented directly from passion fruit with no other vinegar added. Passion fruit and water are added to bring out the fruit's naturally vibrant aroma and tart character. No sugar is added, and the product contains no added preservatives, artificial flavors, colors, or chemical additives.
