Taiwan-Grown Shiitake Mushrooms with a Rich Aroma and Full-Bodied Texture

Grown in the mid-elevation Huashan area of Gukeng, Yunlin, where significant day-to-night temperature changes create favorable conditions for shiitake cultivation. These mushrooms develop a naturally rich aroma and satisfying texture and require no lengthy soaking before cooking. Simply rinse and lightly moisten before adding them to soups, braised dishes, stir-fries, and other savory recipes.
