HOW TO COOK

Add 6 bowls of water (approximately 1500 ml / 50.7 fl oz) to a pot and bring to a boil. Add the entire package, reduce to low heat, and simmer for at least 60 minutes until all ingredients are thoroughly cooked. Season with salt or other seasonings to taste. For a vegetarian preparation, add mushrooms, beans, lotus root, or other vegetables as desired.
