食用方式

The dates are carefully selected for their plump shape, deep red color, thin skin, and small pits, with each measuring approximately 2.5 cm or larger. HOW TO USE

Wash thoroughly and cook before consuming. Do not eat raw.

For Red Date Tea: Combine approximately 15 g each of red dates, astragalus root, and goji berries with 1000 ml of water. Bring to a simmer over low heat before serving.

For Soups & Cooking: Wash thoroughly, then add to soups, stews, congee, or other dishes during cooking.
