Specially made unbleached rock sugar adds a clean sweetness without overpowering the fruit’s naturally vibrant flavor. With the black seeds removed while retaining the passion fruit pulp, its smooth, fruity texture works beautifully as a spread, yogurt topping, refreshing fruit drink, or addition to tea.

HOW TO USE

Spread on bread, toast, crackers, pancakes, or steamed buns, or add to plain yogurt as a fruity topping. For a beverage, dilute with approximately 5–7 parts water and enjoy hot or cold. It can also be mixed with black, green, or oolong tea to create a refreshing passion fruit tea.
