No artificial colors are added, allowing the noodles to retain the naturally distinctive color and flavor of turmeric. The noodles are steamed and dried rather than fried and are made without added dough conditioners, strong alkaline agents, modified starches, or polyphosphates. Ready in approximately 3 minutes, they can be seasoned to your preference and are especially delicious tossed with ginger sesame oil or camellia seed oil.
