食用方式

水煮沸後，將一束麵條散放入鍋中並輕輕攪拌，煮約 1.5 分鐘即可。若水沸騰溢出，可轉小火續煮，不需加入冷水。麵條煮熟後立即放入冷水中，再以濾網瀝乾水分。可搭配喜愛的醬料、蔬菜或其他食材，製作成乾麵、湯麵等各式料理。

HOW TO USE

Bring water to a boil, then gently separate one bundle of noodles and add it to the boiling water, stirring lightly. Cook for approximately 1.5 minutes. If the water begins to overflow, reduce the heat; do not add cold water. Once cooked, immediately transfer the noodles to cold water, then drain thoroughly. Serve with your favorite sauce, vegetables, or other ingredients, or use in your favorite noodle dish.
