食用方式

取 2 杯糙米，以清水輕輕洗淨一次即可，不需用力搓洗，也不需要事先浸泡。

以糙米與水約 1：1.4 的比例加入清水，放入電子鍋開始煮飯。煮飯時間剩約 5 分鐘時，開蓋將米飯輕輕翻拌，再蓋回鍋蓋繼續完成炊煮。

煮好後再燜約 10 分鐘，即可翻鬆享用。

Yin Chuan Organic Brown Rice is made from carefully selected Kaohsiung No. 139 rice grown in Fuli, Hualien, Taiwan. Surrounded by clean water sources, fresh air, and favorable growing conditions, the rice is organically cultivated without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, preserving the simple, natural character of Taiwanese rice.

As a whole grain, brown rice retains the bran, endosperm, and germ. The grains cook up plump with a tender yet pleasantly chewy texture. Unlike many brown rice varieties, no pre-soaking is required—simply rinse, add water, and cook, making wholesome brown rice much easier to prepare for everyday meals.

HOW TO USE

Measure 2 cups of brown rice and rinse gently once with clean water. There is no need to scrub the grains or soak them before cooking.

Add water using a rice-to-water ratio of approximately 1:1.4 and cook in an electric rice cooker. When approximately 5 minutes of cooking time remain, open the lid and gently stir the rice, then close the lid and allow the cooking cycle to finish.

After cooking, let the rice rest for approximately 10 minutes before fluffing and serving.
