Made with locally grown green plums from Xinyi Township in Nantou, Taiwan, this traditional plum drink begins with plums that are smoked and dried before being slowly brewed into a rich, refreshing drink. The distinctive smoky aroma of dried plums blends with plum extract for a deep, sweet-tart flavor inspired by the nostalgic taste of homemade Taiwanese smoked plum drinks.
