谷芳有機碧螺春綠茶來自新北市三峽的百年茶園，選用青心柑仔茶樹的細芽嫩心製作。茶園座落於海拔約 400 公尺處，承襲四代製茶經驗，以細緻手工結合有機耕作，呈現碧螺春自然清新的茶香與鮮爽甘甜的風味。

每一片茶菁皆由人工採摘「一心二葉」，採用不發酵製程，並堅持從鮮葉到製茶全程不落地加工，以低溫炒菁細心製作，保留茶葉自然甜韻。沖泡後茶湯清澈，香氣清新高雅，入口鮮爽、尾韻悠長，熱泡與冷泡皆能展現不同層次的細緻茶香。

谷芳茶園自 2012 年起轉作有機耕作，並於 2014 年取得有機加工驗證。隨著友善環境的耕作方式逐步建立，茶園生態更加豐富，吸引螢火蟲與穿山甲等野生動物棲息，並取得以「穿山甲」為保育標的的綠色保育標章，將茶葉生產與土地、生態保育相互連結。

Organic Biluochun from a Century-Old Tea Garden in Sanxia with a Fresh Aroma and Naturally Sweet, Lingering Finish

Organic Biluochun Green Tea comes from the century-old Gufang Tea Garden in Sanxia, New Taipei City, Taiwan. It is made from the tender buds and young leaves of the Chin-Shin-Ganzai tea cultivar, grown at approximately 400 meters above sea level. Four generations of tea-making experience are combined with organic farming and careful craftsmanship to bring out the naturally fresh, delicate character of Biluochun.

Each harvest is carefully hand-picked using the traditional “one bud and two leaves” standard. As a non-oxidized green tea, the freshly harvested leaves are kept off the ground throughout production and gently pan-fired at a low temperature to preserve their natural sweetness and fresh character. The brewed tea has a clear liquor, elegant aroma, fresh and lively taste, and a naturally sweet, lingering finish. It can be enjoyed both hot and cold.

Gufang Tea Garden began transitioning to organic farming in 2012 and received organic processing certification in 2014. Its environmentally friendly farming practices have helped create a thriving habitat for local wildlife, including fireflies and pangolins. The tea garden has also earned Taiwan's Green Conservation Label, with the pangolin designated as its conservation target, connecting tea cultivation with the protection of local biodiversity.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS

Hot Tea: Add approximately 3 g of tea leaves and steep in water at 85°C (185°F) for about 3 minutes.
Cold Brew: Add approximately 3 g of tea leaves to room-temperature water (about 25°C / 77°F) and refrigerate for approximately 8 hours.
Adjust to Taste: Adjust the amount of tea, steeping time, and water according to your preferred strength.
