HOW TO USE

Bring 2,000 mL of water to a boil. Add the entire package of Red Vermicelli and cook for approximately 10–20 minutes, depending on your preferred texture.

Season to taste and add your favorite ingredients. Finish by stirring in a cornstarch or sweet potato starch slurry and cook until the broth reaches your desired consistency.

The noodles already contain salt, so adjust additional salt and seasonings accordingly to avoid over-seasoning.
