食用方式:將2000cc的水煮滾,整包紅麵線放入沸水煮約10-20分鐘(依個人喜好口感斟酌),再依喜好調味、添加佐料,最後加入太白粉(地瓜粉)水勾芡即可熄火食用。
注意事項:紅麵線原料已有加鹽,調味要留意,以免過鹹。

A beloved Taiwanese traditional specialty, Red Vermicelli has been enjoyed for generations and crafted using the same time-honored recipe for over 40 years. The distinctive "red" color is not from artificial coloring, but is naturally developed through an extended steaming process that creates its rich brown hue.
Made without artificial colors or preservatives, the noodles have a pleasantly chewy texture and remain firm even after prolonged cooking. Perfect for thickened soups and traditional Taiwanese noodle dishes, they deliver a smooth, satisfying bite and authentic old-fashioned flavor.
Cooking Instructions
1. Bring 2,000 ml of water to a boil.
2. Add the entire package of Red Vermicelli and cook for 10–20 minutes, depending on your preferred texture.
3. Season and add desired ingredients.
4. Thicken the soup with a cornstarch or sweet potato starch slurry, then remove from heat and serve.
Note: The noodles already contain salt. Please adjust seasoning accordingly to avoid over-salting.
