Yung Shen Thick Rice Noodles are made with 100% indica rice from Taiwan’s Zhuoshui River region and water. Crafted by a century-old Hsinchu rice noodle maker, the noodles undergo a traditional water-milling process involving 17 steps over approximately 48 hours, from soaking and grinding the rice to steaming, shaping, hand-arranging, and natural sun-drying.

With just rice and water as the ingredients, these thick rice noodles contain no preservatives, artificial colors, or added flavors and are made without bleaching. Once cooked, they offer a naturally fragrant rice aroma with a smooth yet satisfyingly firm texture. Vegan and gluten-free, they are ideal for stir-fries, noodle soups, and a variety of everyday dishes.
