喜樂之泉有機昆布醬油選用有機黃豆與有機小麥，經 180 天天然釀造，搭配北海道昆布濃縮抽出物與台灣有機香菇，融合醬油的醇厚豆香與昆布、香菇的自然鮮味，呈現甘醇鮮香、富有層次的風味。

製作過程選用澳洲 Cheetham 日曬海鹽，有機原料採低溫冷藏保鮮，並定期進行黃麴毒素與赭麴毒素檢驗。不添加調味料、酵母抽出物、酒精、防腐劑及色素，適合日常沾、拌、炒、滷及各式料理調味。

Organic Kombu Soy Sauce is naturally brewed for 180 days using organic soybeans and organic wheat, then complemented with Hokkaido kombu extract and organic shiitake mushrooms from Taiwan. The result is a rich, well-rounded soy sauce with layers of savory umami from kombu and mushrooms.

Made with Australian Cheetham sun-dried sea salt, the organic ingredients are kept refrigerated at low temperatures to maintain freshness. The soybeans and wheat are also regularly tested for aflatoxins and ochratoxins. No seasonings, yeast extract, alcohol, preservatives, or artificial colors are added.
