Grown at approximately 900 meters above sea level on Chike Mountain in Hualien, Taiwan, these daylily flowers are cultivated without pesticides or chemical fertilizers and processed without additives to preserve their naturally delicate flavor and texture. Certified under Taiwan’s Green Conservation program, the farm also supports the conservation of the Taiwan Blue Magpie and its surrounding habitat. Once rehydrated, the daylily flowers develop a pleasantly crisp texture with a naturally mild, subtly sweet flavor, making them ideal for soups, stir-fries, and a variety of traditional dishes.
