Made with carefully selected premium mung bean starch, these vermicelli sheets undergo a flotation sorting process that removes approximately 30% of the raw material before the middle portion of the mung bean starch is selected for further refinement. The starch is professionally extracted using a centrifugal process, then traditionally kneaded and boiled to create broad, satisfyingly chewy sheets. They hold their texture well during extended cooking while retaining the naturally light green color of mung bean starch. Made with 100% pure mung bean starch and no additional additives, these sheets are Double Clean Label certified and ideal for hot pot, lamb hot pot, soups, stews, and other simmered dishes.
