里仁有機轉型期佳葉龍茶選用台灣坪林淨源茶場栽種的茶葉製作。GABA 是 γ-胺基丁酸（Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid）的簡稱，茶葉透過特殊厭氧製茶工法，使 GABA 含量自然提升，並發展出有別於一般烏龍茶的風味特色；每批茶葉皆檢驗 GABA 值，以維持產品品質。

「有機轉型期」是農地從一般耕作轉為有機耕作、正式取得有機資格前的過渡階段。轉型期間已須依照有機規範進行栽培，不使用化學合成農藥與化學肥料；茶樹等長期作物通常需經過 3 年轉型期。選擇轉型期農產品，也能支持農友持續朝有機耕作邁進。

茶湯鮮爽甘醇，帶有自然熟果甜香，入口順口、不易苦澀。配方只有水與茶葉，不添加糖、香料及防腐劑，完整呈現茶葉本身的純粹滋味。

Tea from Pinglin Crafted with a Specialized Anaerobic Process for a Smooth, Refreshing Taste with Natural Ripe-Fruit Notes

In-Conversion Organic GABA Tea is made with tea leaves grown at Jingyuan Tea Farm in Pinglin, Taiwan. GABA stands for gamma-aminobutyric acid, a naturally occurring compound that develops at higher levels through a specialized anaerobic tea-making process. Each batch of tea leaves is tested for its GABA level to help maintain consistent product quality.

“In-conversion organic” refers to the transition period in which farmland is being converted from conventional to certified organic cultivation. During this period, the tea must already be grown according to organic farming standards without synthetic chemical pesticides or fertilizers. In Taiwan, perennial crops such as tea generally undergo a three-year conversion period before becoming eligible for full organic certification.

The tea offers a smooth, refreshing taste with a gently sweet finish and distinctive ripe-fruit aroma, without pronounced bitterness or astringency. Made with only water and tea leaves, it contains no added sugar, flavoring, or preservatives.
