食用方式

十穀飯：將穀物輕輕洗淨，浸泡約 2 小時後瀝乾。以 1 杯穀物搭配 5 杯清水的比例放入電鍋炊煮，完成後再燜約 10 分鐘，開蓋輕輕攪拌即可享用。

十穀粥：以 1 杯穀物搭配 7 杯清水的比例放入電鍋炊煮，即可享用香濃的雜糧粥。

Silver Chuan's locally grown grains come from Fuli, Hualien, Taiwan, where they are cultivated using organic farming practices and irrigated with natural mineral-rich spring water from the Coastal Mountain Range. All other grains are certified organic in their respective countries of origin. Perfect for multigrain rice, hearty grain bowls, or comforting porridge, this versatile blend makes it easy to add variety to everyday meals.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

Multigrain Rice: Gently rinse the grains and soak for approximately 2 hours, then drain. Combine 1 cup of grain blend with 5 cups of fresh water and cook in a rice cooker. Let stand for another 10 minutes after cooking, then gently fluff before serving.

Multigrain Porridge: Combine 1 cup of grain blend with 7 cups of water and cook in a rice cooker until tender.
