製作過程堅持自篩單一菌種純釀，依序經過完整糖化、酒化與醋化，再靜置發酵熟成約 6～10 個月。長時間釀製讓老薑鮮明的辛香與醋的柔和酸香逐漸融合，入口滑順，尾韻帶有自然薑香與醋香。

Organic Taiwanese Aged Ginger and Sugarcane Slowly Fermented and Matured for 6–10 Months
Organic Ginger Vinegar is made with organic aged ginger from Hualien, Taiwan, along with organic sugarcane. The agricultural ingredients are cultivated without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, using natural rainfall and manual weeding practices.
A carefully selected single culture is used for fermentation, followed by complete saccharification, alcoholic fermentation, and acetic fermentation. The vinegar is then allowed to mature for approximately 6–10 months, gradually bringing together the bold, warming aroma of aged ginger with the smooth acidity and gentle fragrance of naturally fermented vinegar.
